Requirements
Fees: Most services covered by OHIP * patient pays the cost of the custom splinting
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People with acute upper extremity injuries who require custom splinting and are not eligible for other services (OHIP community physiotherapy clinics), or other funding sources (extended health benefits, WSIB, motor vehicle accident insurance or Veterans Affairs)
Application: Specialist referral required (i.e. plastic surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, physiatrist)
