Description of Services:	Provides medical consultation, diagnosis and disease management for children with cancer and their families coordination of care across inpatient, outpatient and home settings expanded nursing support radiation therapy general surgery neurosurgery neuropsychological assessment support of family and professional caregivers school reintegration clinical trials participation aftercare clinic program Satellite clinics in Kitchener and Windsor Bravery Beads Program - Designed to help children and adolescents overcome the challenges faced during the course of treatment * children receive a “starter necklace” which includes a string and beads to spell their name * children collect beads to acknowledge the many experiences they face over the course of treatment   POGO Interlink Community Cancer Nurse - Pediatric Program Experienced pediatric oncology nurse, serving as a specialized resource to families in the hospital, home or community settings
