Description of Services:	Provides case management and community-based support services for individuals experiencing psychiatric symptoms Advocates for the improvement of services delivered to individuals with psychiatric issues Can also provide: Advocacy and referrals Assessment and monitoring Assistance to access housing, education, employment and health services Crisis intervention Life skills training Medication management and monitoring Rehabilitation Service coordination Supportive counselling
