Description of Services:	Focuses on seniors maintaining and/or improving their overall health Program includes a variety of exercise programs such as: seniors fitness classes yoga ball exercise Nordic poling nutrition screening CHAP (Cardiovascular Health Awareness Program and action plan) education to address modifiable risk factors People recovering from illness or surgery are welcome   Bayfield Exercise Classes In-person exercise program * one hour class led by a certified Seniors Fitness Instructor at the Bayfield Arena
