Description of Services: Treat patients with chronic, neuropathic pain conditions:
  • diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, including epidural steroid injections, spine facet joint blocks, injections into the hip, knee, shoulder or other joints
  • radiofrequency ablations
  • intravenous infusions of lidocaine and/or ketamine
