Description of Services:	Child and family health information and services including information on: pregnancy breastfeeding parenting child growth and development common childhood illnesses child safety and injury prevention   Breastfeeding Support Breastfeeding support and assistance from a Public Heath Nurse * phone support, office visit, or home visit available   Healthy Babies Healthy Children Home visits and information for expectant and new parents who may want extra support * voluntary participation   Know and Grow Line Public health nurse available in person or by phone to discuss and provide resources and answer health questions about yourself and/or your children   Prenatal Classes Free online prenatal classes for residents of Oxford, Elgin and St Thomas * information on breastfeeding, physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and after birth, parenting and baby care, labour and birth
