Description of Services:	Allows citizens to submit a police report online in the following areas: Break and enter to shed or detached garage Damage/mischief to property under $5000 Damage (not wilful) Harassing phone calls Lost and found property Lost or stolen securities (identification) Shoplifting Stolen license plates Theft under $5000 Theft from vehicle under $5000/mischief to vehicle Note: Theft of passports and the theft of prescription drugs must be reported in person to the Thunder Bay Police Note: Filing a false police report is a crime

Application:	Online reporting available on website via lists for allowable incidents Reporter will be given a police report case number and Be able to print a copy of the police report to keep for own records All cases will be reviewed; upon review, if further investigation is needed, the reporter may be contacted Once a report is reviewed and approved, a notification will be sent to the email address provided - it is the reporter's responsibility to ensure that they are the sole recipient of this email account
