Description of Services: Provides low barrier access for patients seeking treatment for any substance use disorder. Provides brief counselling, prescribe medications (including anti-craving medications for alcohol and buprenorphine/naloxone for opiate use disorder) and connect patients with community treatment programs.
Requirements
Application: Referrals accepted from all sources. Drop-in service during program hours. No appointment required. Although formal referrals are not required, they are still encouraged and appreciated. Referring physicians and other health care providers can send these either via email or by fax.
